• Open (in Dreamweaver) a second level page from your final site
• Format the page content using a table (Design your table on paper first, if needed)
• Add images, background color, text, links, rollovers (everything that will not vary from page to page.)
• Save as Template (File>Save as Template) into final folder
• Mark editable regions (Modify>Templates>Mark Region as Editable)
• Name the editable regions
• Apply template to all appropriate pages in site by opening the target page and Modify>Templates>Apply Templates to Page (then select the template).
• Include any content, already on the page,to the appropriate region of your template when prompted by Dreamweaver
