Easy Option:
Import the screen shot of the page design (from the Shockwave exercise) into Image Ready and slice it up there allowing Image Ready to create the table. Then delete slices that the web page background should substitute for and otherwise adapt it to hold the html-based text.

Extra Credit Option:
Create your own table to according to your page design.
