Creating Rollovers with ImageReady

After creating the slices for your page image (with rollover second state layers hidden) select the slices that contain the first state images.

Window> Show Rollovers
The first state of your rollover is shown in the rollover palette
Click the new layer icon at the bottom of the palette.
Make the layer that contains the second state image visible

At this point you may also alter any other slice in your image and ImageReady will create the code for a multiple rollover. (This type of rollover makes an image change in another place in addition to the local rollover change.)
